Fundamentals of Change
- Change:
- The process of change is central to all aspects of our lives. John McWhirters
recent research has shown that when we change or move between any two sets of
circumstances we go through transition. How we make the transition can create additional
difficulties or make the change easier.
This training is for everyone interested in the process of change, whether it is for
yourself, others, groups or teams, or organisations. Although there are many examples of
change techniques from NLP and other models there is seldom any explanation of how or why
they work. The result can be inconsistency, irrelevancy and time wasted or, at worst,
adverse effects.
On this course you will learn:
- twelve related patterns of change
- two models of change
- different levels of change
- changing different levels of processing including values, beliefs and identity
- specific change patterns
Benefit from:
- learning the only effective solution - to know exactly WHAT you are doing based on a
solid understanding of HOW and WHY it works
- the process of change - how change takes place
- how to organise the most relevant change for yourself and others
- how transitions in change are organised and how you can make sure that they happen
quickly and smoothly
- how to work with transitions between the old and the new, to make change quicker and
easier.
