Becoming an NLP Trainer

We are delighted to make available annually what we believe is the most relevant and ‘in-depth’ training for someone wanting to become a certified NLP Trainer. We are committed to producing the most comprehensive NLP Trainers training, producing trainers who know how to use NLP to teach NLP.

NLP Trainer training with Sensory Systems

There are three requirements to this training:

• Trainer’s training course - Which includes the range of skills and understanding required by a Trainer, leading to a ‘Provisional Trainer’ status.
• Training project - Each trainee trainer will be asked to complete a training project beyond the training. Supervision and assessment of the training designed, planned, organised and delivered by the trainee trainer will be done through audio and video recordings of these trainings.
• Assisting - Each trainee trainer must assist on at least two Practitioner trainings and one Master Practitioner training before being awarded NLP Trainer certification.

Training syllabus includes:

• platform skills - With immediate behavioural feedback from the trainers and other participants
• presentation skills - The balance of teaching with presenting, learning with entertaining, tasking with process, providing you with skills that makes performing presentations easy and enjoyable.
• training delivery - How best to respond to questions and work with specific difficulties, demonstrations, metaphors, etc.
• videos of presentations - Providing you with a video recording for your continual assessment during and beyond the course.
• traditional NLP models on learning - e.g. closed and open loops, nested loops, strategies - T.O.T.E.s, Logical Types and levels.
